Our Workshop
Machinery, welding, and galvanizing prepared for heavy structural use
Our fabrication floor runs punching and welding equipment sized for steel grating and cable support members. Panels and sections are prepared for hot-dip galvanizing so the finished product holds up in corrosive industrial environments.
Fiberglass profiles are handled separately to keep resin work and steel fabrication cleanly apart, with each line matched to the dimensional and load requirements of the project it serves.
Supply Workflow
From drawing review to pre-dispatch inspection

Drawing review
We check customer drawings and specifications against the intended load and dimensional requirements before any material is cut.

Material sizing
Steel and fiberglass stock is sized and marked to the project schedule, keeping each batch traceable to its order.

Fabrication
Punching, welding, and finishing are carried out to the specified tolerances, with hot-dip galvanizing prepared where required.

Pre-dispatch inspection
Finished products are checked against the order before dispatch so large contracts ship on the agreed schedule.
